What this is

We summarise UK peptide categories in plain English. Nobody pays to be listed or scored, and nobody can pay for a better result, and we don't recommend a specific medication or supplement to a specific person. The decision is yours: for prescription medicine the prescriber decides; for research peptides the retailer’s "research use only" framing applies.

How to check a weight-loss medicine seller is legitimate
Every GLP-1 weight-management medicine licensed in the UK is prescription-only, so a site that sells you one without a prescriber is supplying illegally. Check the seller on the GPhC register, check the prescriber on the GMC register, and treat a price well under the registered-pharmacy range as a warning rather than a find. The MHRA reported seizing more than 5,000 illegally traded GLP-1 products in 2025 alone.
